I am an out of network provider and do not belong to any insurance panels. However, many insurance companies provide out of network coverage for therapy sessions, and I can provide you with superbills to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement for services. I am happy to help you with navigating this process.

We will discuss my fee in our phone consultation. I will consider your current needs and can offer a sliding scale to a limited number of patients in certain circumstances. 

I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to ask about out of network benefits and I can help you with this process. Here are some useful questions to ask:

• Does your insurance plan have out of network benefits?

• Do you have an out of network deductible that needs to be met before you are able to seek reimbursement? How much of your deductible has been met?

• What percentage of your therapy session will be covered by insurance? (You can reference the CPT code 90834 as the service being provided.)
