About me
I am in private practice in Manhattan and work with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, stress, and depression. I have extensive clinical experience working with adults, adolescents, and children in a variety of settings including an outpatient mental health clinic, inpatient psychiatric hospital, and several school-based health centers.
I have a psychodynamic/relational approach to therapy that has been shaped by my postgraduate training at psychoanalytic institutes in Manhattan. I completed a one-year certificate program in psychodynamic psychotherapy and a two-year trauma studies certificate program at the Manhattan Institute for Psychoanalysis. I am a candidate in the Four-Year Psychoanalytic Program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy. I also use mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work.
I am a bilingual psychotherapist and provide services in both English and Spanish.
